Inspired by many inapparent sources, brasil slums’ unique sound combines jazz and progressive rock with influences from early and classical music. All of these blend naturally in the compositions of Szymon Witczyński - the band’s leader and guitarist. The group has recorded its debut self-titled EP in 2019. Now, with the line up changed, Szymon alongside with the founding member Adam Wajdzik (drums) and recently joined by Ambroży Ranz (bass guitar) and Adam Bławicki (saxophone), continues to explore the realm of eclecticism, advanced compositions, non-obvious harmonic approach and - most of all - exceptional fluidity in music.
